Mom’s been complaining about the food not being chewable I had to take a look around and see what she meant this is RAW MEAT this is very unacceptable! I had to go out of my way and go buy her something she would enjoy she wasn’t going to eat that! All this money my mother and everyone else here is paying and this is what they are feeding them!

The staff were very friendly and patient, the grounds are kept up exceptionally well. The place is warm with nice tenants and we are glad we went on the tour...

I’ve been in and out of the Cottages in Hemet for years and have seen it go through different owners. Some of the caregivers have been there a long time, which says a lot. Like anywhere, there are ups and downs. Some people are easy going, while others are overly demanding, but, overall I’ve always seen staff treating the elderly folks with kindness, compassion, and respect. Did i mention love? Bad reviews don’t always tell the whole story. What you don’t get online is the smell of fresh apple pie baking or a plate of spaghetti being served for dinner. My best review advice: stop by and see it for yourself. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Very clean facility. No orders as in some care facilities. Brittney took us on tour of both memory care and assisted living buildings and both were very nice. Residents seem happy, staff very pleasant. Dining room in assisted living area was set for lunch and was beautiful. Tables set with utmost care and inviting to say the least. Only complaint is that the roo s seem a little small, but guess one would still be e able to work with it. Would highly recommend!!

My mom lived there until recently. The caregivers are wonderful. But the rest of the staff are not helpful. the food is terrible and they don't have enough for everyone. My mom shared with her friend because there was not enough food for all of the residents. My mom complained and was told something would be done. It was not. The pendant that was issued to her never worked. The activities were always canceled. I'm glad my mom is out but I feel sorry for the other residents.
