Grayson Creek of Welcome

This facility is very clean, organized, and does not smell bad the residents appeared to be very happy. That tells me that this group does a great job all of the employees are just awesome! They are taking great care of my father and I really really appreciate it!

Grayson Creek did an excellent job taking care of our mom. Clean, safe, homey environment and made the extra effort to be sure she was comfortable and entertained...Highly recommend their facility

This place is probably one of the worst facilities I’ve ever seen. The rude staff. The neglectful staff members to residents. And the illegal activity in the med room is just incredible. I would add pictures of tissues stuck to residents with dried fecal matter or the bruises of them but I don’t want to disrespect the residents or the families.

We placed our mother at Grayson Creek in June 2022. The staff and management are the most caring people I have ever met. Our Mother was at Bermuda Commons in Advance NC where she was physically, emotional, neglected and verbally abused. Grayson Creek was God send and my mother feels safe and loves being there. I want to thank Lila who works in the unit for the care she gives to our mother and will always makes my mother smile. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Thank you all for your care and kindness. We highly recommend Grayson Creek.
