Green Acres Of Ionia II

I have visited Green Acres of Ionia several times now and highly recommend them for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retirement community. This charming residence truly feels like a home, providing a unique and comforting environment for its residents.

With the recent passing of our mother, our family has taken time to reflect on how her final years were so vastly enriched. This occurred not only with the support of immediate family, but also through her second family. We entrusted Mom's care to Green Acres of Ionia. It didn't take long to realize that this was the right choice. This facility has created a culture of caring and love. Her caregivers first became friends and then evolved as part of the family. Not only did we appreciate the respect Mom received, but also, the extension of that to us, throughout her years residency. Thank you, Green Acres. Hats off to all the wonderful staff that created such a positive experience for both Mom, and our family.

PLS READ FOR CONSIDERED FUTURE RESIDENTS. I have a question for management, how does it feel that your staff members continuously give residents the wrong medication? (We’re all human, and make mistakes, we understand but it has been reported multiple times that people are given the WRONG MEDICATION) . And why does your staff have to treat your customers so poorly when someone is concerned about their 90 year old mother taking the wrong medication? Someone could’ve gotten hurt!!! Or worse. Are you aware a family had to leave your property? Or just not care enough because maybe you’re at the end of your career and done with this job.

Green Acres is an amazing place! The staff takes such good care of their patients, and apartments are spacious and always very well cleaned🤗

I could not imagine a better assisted living facility. The staff here is amazing. They give my mom - and really the whole family - a lot of attention and have taken the time to get to know us. It seems as if the staff are constantly assessing the particular needs of each resident and adjusting their care accordingly. They're very responsive to the specific needs of each individual. The food served here is top notch; far better than any other facility I have seen. And the daily activities are fun and well attended. The other residents are friendly and social. It's really just a fun, relaxed retiremement community atmoshpere. I especially appreciate the caring, positive, helpful attitude of each of the staff members, and I am impressed with the high staff morale. The owners and managers must be doing a great job to have such motivated and professional staff.
