My mom was in another facility for one year that was nothing like Green Acres. This lovely facility has been outstanding in caring for mom. They provide a quiet, safe and friendly environment for her to enjoy. They have understood her needs as she deals with advancing dementia. We could not have found a better place for mom.

My mother is currently a resident there. The facility is beautiful. She is getting great care there. I have been there several times and I am never disappointed with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, or the friendliness of the staff towards me. I would definitely recommend this facility if your loved one needs extra care.

Towards my grandmother last and final days as a family we knew at Green Acres of Lowell she would get the best care. During this time they treated not only her but my family with the utter most respect as possible. They accommodated anything we needed and made sure my grandmother was well taken care of and comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for the care that was given to my grandmother. Thank you to the staff and new administrator.

My father-in-law moved into Green Acres 18 months ago. Although we have experienced high staff turn-over, his care has been exceptional. The administration and staff have gone over and above our expectations that demonstrate their commitment to compassionate care. They worked hard to get my father-in-law to our wedding with two aides accompanying him and taking care of him so we didn't have any concerns on our wedding day. When we decided that mom should move into Green Acres to be with dad as she began hospice care, she was welcomed with genuine compassion. The staff are modifying routines tomorrow to bring Dad to his wife's funeral. I would highly recommend considering Green Acres to care for your loved ones!

When we moved our mother here in November of 2015 we would have recommended Green Acres to anyone who asked. There was only one building, the administrative and hourly staff made a new family for our mother. Our mother passed away in May of this year at Green Acres. In the last 6 months there she continued to get outstanding care from the hourly workers even though they were working double shifts and getting paid a wage that was not a livable wage doing work many of us could not or would not do. At this point the administrative staff, including the organizations nurse, had changed 3 times. You have to ask why. I am writing today because I understand the nurse who worked there in May when we left is still there. If you are considering moving to Green Acres in Lowell I would recommend interviewing this nurse to determine if her care will be what you or your loved one needs. And remember, the owners of these facilities are not concerned about you or your loved one. If they were they would do more then make the facilities look nice and improve their standard of living. Remember: just because it looks nice and is expensive doesn't guarantee quality care.
