Green Acres of Standale

What a fantastic car show at Green Acres! The residents were thrilled to see so many classic and vintage vehicles. The staff did a wonderful job organizing the event. I would definitely recommend attending future events at Green Acres!

My mom Tisha has been a resident for over a year at Green Acres and loves the staff and residents here. She is treated with respect and kindness every day. The love the staff gives her every day gives me peace of mind that she is well taken care of day to day. Thank you GreennAcres 😊

When my mother and stepdad moved in, they were skeptical and scared (so were us kids). The staff were attentive and comforting when her husband passed, made sure she wasn't staying in her apt during the day so not to get depressed. They made sure she stayed involved with activities and even let her lead a cooking class!

This facility is a terrible place. My father was severely neglected and mistreated in the last few months he was there. Management is too young, inexperienced and not capable of making sure the wellbeing of residents is top priority. I abruptly moved my dad out of there on 7/8/2023 due to lack of care and severe neglect. There were 3 major incidents 3 days in a row. After an investigation by the administrator, she admitted lack of care but they only refunded less than 1/3 of the money paid for the month of July. Even after admitting lack of care and many issues on the part of their staff. I have called and emailed, also filled out a survey they sent to us, and have never gotten a response. To this date they still will not return calls and emails as to the explanation for not refunding the unused room and board. They are supposedly operating with a Christian focus, and treating people with dignity, that has NOT been our experience. The fact they won’t return a call with a reason they justify not returning my parents money after admitting lack of care, is disgraceful in the least and shows a lack of integrity. My family and I highly suggest avoiding this facility for many reasons.
