GREEN GABLES ALF

My mother has been living there for almost a year now, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the Director and his staff. It is a clean, safe, and friendly facility.

Most of the reviews about Green Gables were written by employees. This place is a dump. They have their first reported COVID-19 case, and I saw a young man walk in without a mask, a family member sitting with their mom with no precautions. When I asked Alfredo (the manager) he told me that they do have caregivers who work at multiple locations and they come and go.

Green gables is a nice, small, home like environment that caters to a focused number of clients at a time. this is much better than being in a sterile/hospital type environment. We also like that the residents can sit outside either in the front/back to catch some fresh air and sunlight. The staff at Green Gables are easy to work with, are kind, and professional. Mr. Alfredo Havarria deserves a special mention. He's a wonderful person who's always been courteous when I have the chance to speak with him. We are grateful to him and the staff for taking good care of my mother, who has been a resident there for the past couple of years.

I have to say this place has turned around a lot in the past year. The administrator Alfredo has been very involved with the resident's events the team is always smiling, and the place has started to get a facelift. This time last year, I was considering to remove my mom from this location because the previous administrator Victoria was very incompetent but Alfredo and his team asked for another chance and glad that I did! Mom is very happy and so am i. Keep up the good work guys!
