GREEN PASTURES RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES

My oldest brother was placed on hospice care in Nov 2025 and was moved to Green Pastures Residential Care Home. At first, as a retired hospice worker from another state, I was a little apprehensive about the set-up; a house converted to a small residential care facility and a staff made up of caring, but mostly non-medical caregivers. But I soon realized this place was amazing! The staff provided the best care my brother could have received. They were both gentle and respectful of my brother as they cared for him. They were also very good about communicating with the hospice team (nurse, aide and chaplain) any needs or concerns related to my brother. And they went out of their way to provide our family with a wonderfully peaceful and quiet setting in which to sit with him. A week after coming to Green Pastures, my brother died peacefully with his family surrounding him with love and prayers. This peacefully ending was due, in no-small part, to his hospice team and the wonderful people at Green Pastures Residential Care Home.

Green Pastures is a blessing, both for my brother who needed their services, and our family. The residence is spotless clean, bright, & comfortable. Their family & staff took incredible care of my brother, as well as our family who visited. They are experinced, caring, concerned, gentle, loving and kind.

Lindsey and Richard are exceptionally dedicated and compassionate administrators who lead Green Pastures with professionalism and genuine care. I observed them admit and care for a resident in his final days with remarkable sensitivity and calm. Their commitment to maintaining a supportive, respectful, and well-managed environment is evident in everything they do. I highly recommend Green Pastures to anyone seeking a reliable, caring, and well-run home for their senior or ill loved one.

Green Pastures provided excellent services for my life long friend who passed away recently from late stage Alzheimer’s disease. Green Pastures provided very personalized care services in a home that is very quiet and peaceful. The price that Green Acres charged was the most reasonable of any of the more than 15 places that I considered in Northern California. I could not have been happier with the choice that I made. I highly recommend Green Pastures to anyone facing end of life issues.

I placed my husband in Green Pastures Residential Care after he clearly would not adjust successfully to an assisted living facility. The Bond family treated him with utmost kindness even when my husband was having a bad reaction to one of his medications. When hospice care became necessary the process was handled with care and delicacy. He passed away in his sixth month. I cannot overemphasize how supportive the Bond family was of him and recommend them for anyone who faces similar challenges for loved ones nearing end of life. They have been a blessing to my husband and to me. I am overwhelmed with gratitude.
