If i could give zero stars or even better yet, negative stars I WOULD! This place is god awful. The management is a joke and they don't do their jobs correctly. They never have enough people there to sufficienly take care of the residents there, nor do the managers pull their own weight. They have a whole list of problems, that if the health department knew about, they would be fined and shut down. They treat their good workers like crap and treatment of the residents is a 3 out of 10 at best. You couldn't pay me enough money to send a loved one to that place. It needs a total overhaul and new management. If only the owner of that place truly knew the truth of what goes on there, then maybe, the change that is so desperately needed there would happen. That place is toxic and a disgrace to the "healthcare/assisted living" profession/industry!

I would not give any stars if possible. The lack of activites, harassment by the upper staff is heinous. My brother stated if he speaks to me it will be a problem for him with the facility management. When I tried to move him to another facility they stopped letting me see him. He told me he is harassed by Patty, who runs the place. When he goes to doctors he is not allowed to speak to the doctor alone so he cannot convey the way he is treated. I have a recording of him conveying he would be put in isolation if he complains about the intimidation from Patty. While there, another woman approached me and said the same thing. They circled around her and intimidated her to be quite. The sheriff's department said there are complaints of not enough staff at the facility.

Not at all as advertised. Fake photos, non existent activities. Don't take anyone you care about to this disgusting place

Ken and Kristian. Your staff bleached my sons clothes last September 2019. You promised me personally you would replace them. To this date January 26, 2020 you have not sent me the check payment for replacement that you promised several times nor are you answering my text messages.
