Aggressively pursued g my rother whom has needs they cannot meet. He ne er even went here but they keep pursuing him with densia despite my telling them not to co tact him or his current facility. They actually went and set up a visit. It isas close to cult like recruitment that I have ever seen. They are not skilled nursing and do not provide inconsistent supplies they dont provide furniture fishing but thi k they have a hospital b e d and no mattress. Its discusting. I directly said he will not be coming and they went behind my back and set up a visit with his current facility. The current faculty Berea Health and Rehab wants him out because we reported them for medicaid medicare fraud we are appealing decision and alot of the sketchy bad staff are leaving quietly back door. They will dtill.be sued for giving.my brother offf market non FDA approved diabetic medication that sent him to the hospital. So I am already showing great restraint. And the. These monsters come along and just poor salt in an already open wound. The total aggressive pursuit of my sick elderly handicapped brother and not his medical care and needs being met. Well my anger and discust has reached an all time high. Now We are involving an attorney we already habe one since the other sketchy place needed a come back to reality good old fashioned law suit slapped in theor face. Apparently the facility he never nor ever eill attend needs one too. Run away from this one folks. They will.never ever honor your loved one or your family's wishes once they are in there or even before

I absolutely love when I come into the community and all of the staff is always loving all their residents. Matt, the activities director is amazing. He does so many activities a day. With me working in hospice it amazes me how much Cambridge Gardens does with there residents and loves them like there own family.

My mother passed away two weeks ago age 99. I am so glad I found Cambridge Gardens for her to spend the last years of her life. They are a very compassionate and caring staff. They were also well qualified at their jobs. A special shout out to joy, the administrator, and Renée the head of nursing and Matt activities coordinator that is capable of making everybody laugh and have fun ! The only regrets I have is that I’m gonna miss these people. They’re just special Family that’s what you want in an assisted living. God bless these people.!

First and foremost my mother does not stop talking about how good the food is. She does not miss a meal and she has gained weight in her short time since her arrival. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were friendly when we were introduced to them the day we toured the facility and they have remained just as friendly and very helpful. The management has gone over and above to facilitate some issues that were unique to my mother and for that my family has been very grateful. I don't typically post ratings particularly with my name however, I am very grateful for Cambridge Gardens Facility Fredericksburg, VA and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Best experience from scheduling the tour, to meeting the staff and selecting the best room for my mom. Teresa Steinbach and team are very informative, professional and their pride of their assisted living and residents definitely shows! We visited 12 assisted living centers, Cambridge Gardens marked highest on our list as they checked every box of what we were looking for. I feel very confident my mom will be well cared for and will thrive in this family environment. Thank you, Kathy MacDonald Day
