Our family would like to sincerely thank the staff for the care, compassion, and dignity shown to our dad during his time here. Trusting others to care for someone you love is never easy, but the kindness and patience shown by the team gave us comfort and peace of mind. The staff treated our dad with respect, gentleness, and understanding, and we truly appreciate the way they cared not only for his physical needs but also for his emotional well-being. In memory care, the small moments matter, and those moments did not go unnoticed by our family. Knowing he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared meant a great deal to us. We are grateful for the work, dedication, and compassion shown every day, and we want the staff to know their efforts made a difference for our family

If I could give a zero That’s what it deserves! 3 different times I found moms meds in her room, of course one nurse blames the nurse who passed pervious day. Staff and executive Director are very very rude! There is a couple nurse and aides who are very nice. My mother always smells like urine! Her hair was greasy from not being washed. A man was in hall no pants . One laying on floor as staff sitting there for residents to fall over. Residents piss on floor . Our families are there because they need help and assisted. I have also witness a man laying on bathroom floor and they just push cleaning cart in door way instead of going in to assist them! Want pictures to prove it? Also the poor man sitting with top of foot bleeding . This is not acceptable ! The Ridge of Copley I hope you get same careless treatment when your older! Yes I called the ombudsman , and not stopping there.

Great small community feel. You can tell the residents are cared for fully and staff is always engaging with them. Nice natural light and good flow for memory care - the courtyard is a nice bonus in warm weather!

I do not recommend this facility to anyone EVER! I just removed my husband from Greenfield because the care and conditions were so poor. We were there from January 2023 until September and it was truly one of the worst experiences of my life. First of all for months the phones haven’t work so you can’t call to check on your loved one. The facility is run by undisciplined aides that do whatever they want when they want to. They bring their children to work and hang out on their cell phones etc. so of course, care is very poor. My husband was dirty sleeping in the same clothes he wore day after day. The facility is very dark and drab with no natural light coming in. The courtyard is not kept up in appearances with a fountain in the middle that does not work. The activities directors have been fired 3 times since January so there are basically no activities to encourage daily living. Residents just sit all day without any mental stimulation at all. The head person , Sarah, is no where to be found so complaints are never attended to. There are never any attempts to work with the families toward identifying the needs of their loved ones. The facility has a dog and the dog is not trained so potties throughout the facility daily. A family member of a resident called the Health Department to report these conditions. I’ve heard that at one time Greenfield was adequate but no longer. I DO NOT recommend Greenfield Estates.

We were very happy with Greenfield Estates! My father was a physician with Alzheimer’s and required more care than we could provide at home, even with outside help. The staff was very caring and respectful. We found them to be very accommodating with his meals (as a Jewish man he did not eat ham), and they were very happy to make sure he had something nice to eat. The place is beautiful, well maintained, and has a high-end feel for a Nursing Home. As a family our wishes for plan of care were well respected, and they showed concern for our well-being in addition to Dad’s. When Dad was failing they were very supportive and helpful in making decisions. Although it has been over a year since his passing, we still know this was absolutely the best choice we could have made. I feel fortunate that such a nice place exists so close to our home.
