GREENHAVEN VILLA RCFE

The 3 stars are because the place is clean & staff have very kind & patient with my mom. However 0 star for the food & administration. My mom is in the memory care side but she's the quite lucid. The food is abominable. Mom has had food poisoning 2 in less than 2 months. Her medication has been lost for weeks, then mysteriously reappeared when the ombudsman was mentioned. I asked the director if she'd eat the food served there every day & she didn't respond. Again staff are absolutely lovely. If you move your loved here, please please visit often & monitor the medication yourself!

Green Haven Estates has been an exceptional choice for my loved one's assisted living needs. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring each resident feels cared for and respected. The facilities are immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment. My loved one enjoys the wide range of activities offered, fostering both mental and social engagement. The meals are nutritious and delicious, catering to various dietary needs. I am truly grateful for the compassionate and professional care provided by Green Haven Estates, making it feel like a second home for my family member.

Greenhaven Estates is a wonderful community if you or your loved ones are looking for their next home. As soon as you walk into the community, you're greeted with a warm and homey feeling. Their entire staff is amazing, and take their time to get to know each and every resident. Their leadership provides a great environment for not only their residents, but for their staff as well so they can continue to give their best selves to their residents. Arlene, Kaitlynn and Latrice especially are phenomenal and will absolutely go above and beyond making you and your loved ones feel welcomed in their new home, while providing great care and support. If you're looking for a community, I strongly encourage at least taking a tour, you won't be disappointed!

My mother-in-law just recently moved into the assisted living side of Greenhaven. Our experience with everyone - from the initial phone call and visit, to move in, to the daily staff - has been incredible. Everyone has been very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The facility is clean and inviting and, though I have not actually eaten there, the food/menu look very appealing.

Greenhaven Estates is a wonderful place for assisted living and memory care residents. Greenhaven Estates is a very clean establishment and my father thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. If I could, I would like to thank each of the staff members for doing a fabulous job caring for my dad and other residents. But, during the covid-19 pandemic it was impossible to meet the individuals that give Greenhaven Estates a five-star rating. The communication between staff and family was of great importance and it did not go unnoticed. Donna, the executive director, and her staff operate Greenhaven Estates in a professional manner and have a commitment to excellence. Donna's commitment exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
