Is great I have good neighbors close to the property. There’s places close to the property and we have a post office right next to us which is convenient. There’s nice people here and the manager is great.

It looked a lot run down. Broken windows, piled up furniture and debris, we we not impressed.

My son and I are in need of an apartment. I'm on SSID. My son doesn't work,he stays at home to help me. My monthly income is $1,446.00 Thank You

I would love to apply for low income housing,I get SSI on the 1st of the month and I live with my mother and she has been allowing me to stay until I get my check started, so now she wants me to go find a place of my own, so basically I don't have any were to go. My income is $700. amount. I really appreciate it if you can help me.

This place don’t need renovation it NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN... Mold growing in the pipes!! Filthy under the floors. Smells in the walls. leaks everywhere. They Only fix the outside to bring people in. Why do you all think there’s no inside pictures?! They have had soooo many different property management. Different landlords in the offices every other year! They don’t fix anything they only patch it up .. move here and you’ll see! I’m so happy I’ve moved! Although The new landlord is nice! But if I could give NO STARS I WILL. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog. They don’t care about Tenets
