We had to place my husband's cousin here. She received excellent care. Yvonne is so loving and truly cares about each resident. Our cousin had to move to another home due to pressing health issues. We really wish she could have stayed with Yvonne. Overall she receives excellent care from Haven AFC

Haven House is a great place to care for your loved one. The house feels like home. It is clean. The first thing that stood out was the yummy smells of food cooking from the kitchen. It was not an easy decision to put my mom in anyone’s care but she could no longer live on her own. She was there for two years and I was very pleased with the care she received by all the caregivers. Yvonne is the head caregiver and she is a gem!! They are so lucky to have her! She is so caring and respectful to all the ladies. She welcomes visitors and appreciates when family comes to visit. Yvonne always kept in touch with me regarding my mom. My mom’s needs have changed recently so we moved her to the next step in care. Yvonne still checks in with me to see how my mom is doing. That care and concern comes from the heart! Yvonne is the best! Shout out to LaShunda as well. She is there on the weekends and is also very caring with the ladies. Such a great team!

Haven Adult Foster Care has been a true blessing for our family. After a deeply disappointing experience with another facility, we were very hesitant to place our loved one in foster care again. The transition was emotional and difficult—moving our sister from the only home she had ever known into a care setting for the first time. Thankfully, the team at Haven AFC—and especially Yvonne, the property manager—completely changed our perspective. From the beginning, Haven’s management was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question we had with patience and honesty. They guided us through the process with compassion and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. They reassured us that our sister could thrive, even with her mental health challenges—and they were absolutely right. Every service they promised has been delivered: 24-hour care, medication management, regular onsite visits from both a nurse practitioner and a psychiatrist,. The consistency, communication and professionalism is evident. What makes Haven AFC truly special, however, is Yvonne. She treats every resident like family—genuinely and wholeheartedly. The atmosphere she has created is clean, happy, and above all, safe. She provides regular updates to our family, always with warmth and encouragement, but also keeping us informed when there are any concerns. Knowing that someone like Yvonne is looking out for our sister gives us comfort beyond words. We are endlessly grateful for the care, compassion, and dignity our loved one receives here. Choosing Haven Adult Foster Care was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

I couldn't ask for a better, caring place for my Mom. Yvonne, the house manager at Griffith House goes above and beyond expectations! Yvonne will update on how your loved one is doing as often as you want and is always available to speak with you regarding any concerns or worries about your loved one. I am able to rest easy knowing my Mom is in great hands. All the staff is remarkable!

I have a personal friend who resides here. I am very satisfied with the care and love she receives. The manager Yvonne, puts her heart and soul into taking care of the people she is charged with - she treats them like family 🥰. The place is clean, and the food they are served is made with a homemade touch. Always creative and yummy! I recommend Griffith House highly.
