What a loving, caring, fun place for seniors with dementia. My mom Dana, has lived here for almost 5 months now and I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the staff and her care. The love they extend to her is amazing and real! Thank you to all the team members! Christina and Francis, you’re truly the best in your field!

I went to visit on Mothers Day and they had so many family members who came by. The entertainment they had set up was fun but calming for the residents. Every mom was greeted with a flower. The food was delicious and the mom-osas was a hit! The fish had so many compliments. I was pleased with my visit, I would highly recommend this place.

I moved my mother here back in April and have to say Iam very happy with everything . The staff is so loving and makes me feel like family ..The entry is very warm and inviting with coffee and cookies . The activity director always has something engaging for the residence such as dancers , musicians , bbqs etc. The 3 meals Per day are very desirable as well as 2 yummy snacks in between per day .. The center is very well kept and engaging for everyone . Iam so happy and my mom loves it there 💗

Three months ago I entrusted Grossmont Gardens Memory Care with my father. I was slightly concerned about new ownership, but I'm relieved to say that they have been exceptional. The level of care provided here is outstanding, and the staff, many of whom have been with the facility for many years, genuinely prioritizes the well-being and happiness of the residents. The facility is welcoming and well-designed, with comfortable living spaces and inviting common areas. The staff members are highly trained and display deep compassion for the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety, building trust and establishing meaningful connections, all important criteria for me as I was evaluating facilities in the La Mesa area. The personalized care plans are tailored to each resident's specific needs, and engaging activities, such as trivia, bingo, board games, speaking events, and much more, are offered regularly to promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being. The food there is also pretty good! The ownership emphasizes family involvement and maintains open communication, which is highly appreciated by loved ones. Family members have the option to communicate directly with the Executive Director, Natalie, who has been phenomenal to work with. Overall, this memory care facility provides outstanding care, and I highly recommend it. Families can rest assured that their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.
