GROVES AT ALLIANCE COMMUNITY (THE)

Alliance is Recommended My mom was there July 2023 for several Months I was impressed on how clean it is kept when you walk in the entrance and through out. I always seen people cleaning very impressed with the cleanliness During her stay I visited all the time at different hours the staff is always friendly from the time you walk in the doors. While visiting the staff is very good about checking to see if she needed anything. Mom said that they are prompt about giving assistance when she called for help. No complaints about the meals very good The rehabilitation staff was very good with working with her goals during her stay. The medical staff is knowledgeable and prompt with getting her medication and caring for her needs. The medications were always on time and informed family immediately if there was any changes.

My bf was there for rehab(physical therapy) and he was well taken care of. Met a few of the ladies taking care of him. All seemed really nice. My complaint is with the higher ups who are suppose to enforce the precautions of covid and ppe gear. If you provide the gear and one day i ask about gown then next visit i don't have to wear it, well It's confusing. Also different rules for different ppl is annoying. All of the patients that come thru matter, maybe you could learn some compassion from your nurses and aides.. Apparently the higher ups forgot

This facility has a good reputation for rehab services, and assisted living. Staff appears concerned and vested in residents. Employee ratio to patients seems to be adequate.

My gran has lived here for just over a year and has much to say. The Christian environmentis a plus, and some of the staff are just wonderful and sensitive. The place is clean and kept up, the residents are always kept clean, and there are many activities to do. Her only disappointment is that the weekend staff are not so attentive as the weekday staff. The food, while quite good can be ruined by an inept cook ...on some days. She seems well kept and in good spirits.
