The 2 years my mom was here it was issue after issue! Not being given medicine, medicine missing not being changed sitting soaking wet! When you have a problem the owner just likes to send long text messages instead of calling are meeting with you. His excuse is he has trouble keeping good help since COVID! When you move your loved one in he hounds you to get them put on one of his hospice services that he has in his pocket! My mom fell several times because of the medicine his hospice service put her on she was put in hospital dehydrated, backed up almost septic from a UTI. That was first hospital stay after that I took her off of his hospice service. Months later had to be admitted to hospital again for respiratory issues and UTI this time I got with hospital and put her on their hospice service Comfort care. Comfort care had multiple issues with finding my mom sitting soaking wet, medicine not being given, medicine missing, the last issue was the nurse stopped by and the worker had put evening meds and morning meds together and was going to give them. That's when she reported them to AHS and the department of health! Any time the nurse had a issue it was always the same long text messages which is very unprofessional in my opinion! I removed my mom from this place I had to pay him for a month 2500 dollars before I could move her because of a contract he has you sign saying that a 30 day notice has to be given. Even though we had all these issues and my hospice service reported him to STATE! I have multiple pictures of bruises on my mom, her sitting soaking wet. It all boils down to money to him! The residents are nothing but dollar 💰 to him! I'm not the only family member that has had problems with this place! So, I would think twice before placing anyone here! He fixed his Facebook page for GA so I couldn't give a review on it! Also, anytime I asked to see camera footage I was told they weren't working!

My husband has been at Guardian Angels for over 5 months. Trust me, I researched many Personal Care facilities in this area and Guardian Angels, by far, was the best. I have had relatives and friends who have had loved ones there. They highly recommended Guardian Angels. I understand why and completely agree with them. The staff at Guardian Angels have good relationships with the residents as well as their families. There is never a day that I don't know what kind of day my husband is having. The residents are cared for and loved by all the staff. My husband tells them all he loves them and they tell him they love him too. They do! The residents are our loved ones but they are also loved by their caregivers! They are the most caring, and loving group taking care of the needs of each resident there. Even the Hospice nurse lets me know each week how things are going with my husband after her visits. So, regardless of any negative reviews, I have nothing but good things to say about Guardian Angels, I'm thankful for them and I recommend the facility for your loved ones.

My dad has been there since December of 2020. While everyone’s level of care needed is different, we could not have asked for a better place for him. He loves it there and the times I have checked him out, he has asked to be taken back because the “girls” were going to be missing him. Any issues have always been promptly addressed by the owners in a very professional manner. Having Guardian Angels assist me in taking care of my dad has allowed me to rest at night knowing he is in good hands.
