I recently lost my mother, who had been a resident at Campbell Creek House since 2018. During her time there until her passing in January 2024, the level of care and the genuine compassion displayed by the staff were truly exceptional. From the moment my mother became a part of the Campbell Creek House community, she was treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and warmth. The staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. It was evident that the caregivers were not just doing a job but were genuinely invested in providing a loving and supportive environment. Sandy's compassion and dedication were evident in every interaction. Living outside the USA and having to navigate my sister's life in Alaska as she progressed through Alzheimer's was definitely a challenge. Finding Campbell Creek was a godsend! I am very pleased with the care my mom receives at Campbell Creek House. It is clean and the staff is professional, yet very loving to her. They treat her with respect and dignity; even when her dementia makes it difficult for her to communicate with them. They take extra care to make her feel wanted and useful by including her in tasks during the day, and allowing her to feel like she is still contributing in life.
