We are excited to share that our communities are now under new ownership! As the new owners of Gunnisonville Meadows and Gunnisonville Meadows East, it is our heart’s desire to serve our residents, families, and staff with the love of Christ. Our mission is rooted in faith, compassion, and the belief that every individual is created with dignity and purpose. These communities will continue to provide excellent care in a warm and uplifting environment where residents feel cherished, families feel supported, and staff are encouraged to serve with kindness and integrity. We are committed to serve in excellence as we are guided by faith. My father in law lives here. The place is clean and the rooms are a decent size. The community is also set back from the road. I like the community and the location. So far, so good!

They took amazing care of my grandpa who recently passed and I can’t thank them enough for how nice and helpful they were to all of us and specially my grandma. You can tell they really care for their residents and I couldn’t have asked for a better facility

My mom was a resident for four years and our family counts itself lucky we found Gunnisonville Meadows. The facility is attractive, homey and well-kept and residents have many activities they can engage in. The staff treated mom like family and they became like part of the family to us. The owners, administrators and staff were very responsive to her needs and ours. As I’m sure is the case with many facilities of this type, staff turnover is not uncommon; however, their administrators and long-term staff keep a good handle on the quality of care. I highly recommend Gunnisonville Meadows for your loved ones!

Wonderful facility and a warm inviting atmosphere. The staff are very passionate about their residents and treat eachother like family. Highly recommended.
