Hacienda del ray facility provides a safe, caring, and supportive place for seniors to live with dignity. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality senior care.

I can't say enough about this wonderful community. My sister lived there and was surrounded by love from the residents, to the caregivers, to the staff. When she was rushed to the hospital, the staff visited her regularly, and the owner checked on me to make sure I was ok. I recently lost my sister, but my heart is full of thanks for Hacienda Del Rey.

I had a wonderful experience visiting HDR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Connie who set super fun activities for the residents. And Julie who conducted the Alzheimer’s walk for the residents and their families. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a caring, well-managed, and activity-filled place for their loved ones.

It’s never easy trying to find your loved one a safe clean friendly trustworthy place . The moment we walked in and the staff took time to show us their facility and answer questions, it has been nothing but a wonderful experience, my mom absolutely loves it and it feels so good to go see her and see how happy she is, she has made some really good friends with some of the residents as well. From the director to all staff they have great open communication with the family. It feels good to also hear from others in the community what a great place Hacienda del Rey is. We couldn’t be any more grateful and happy.

Hacienda Del Rey is a blessing for Mom and truly a unique care setting in the Phoenix area. They are truly driven from the top down to fulfill their mission to provide the best care and fulfillment for every resident. It starts with Gretchen, the Executive Director, who was kind caring and makes it all happen. Erica, who leads sales, made the transition experience easy, fast and always says yes to even our smallest requests. Their director of care, Julie, is second to none in my experience and has given us the gift of piece of mind knowing she is watching every aspect of Mom's care. I wish we had moved Mom here 3 years ago in fact. This place gets both the small and large details right.. Thank you to all of the staff who make every day happen at Hacienda Del Ray
