HALCYON AT WEST BAY LLC

Halcyon at West Bay is one of the best decision our family has made for the care of our mother. I cannot say enough about the level of care and attention the staff provides on a daily basis to include everyone from adminstration, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, cleaning, bridges program, and drivers!! The staff is always smiling, extremely friendly, and they always know where my mom is. They tell me about all the activities she has participated in and they truly care about her, which is extremely comforting. The faciity is very clean and mom says the food is amazaing! Mom is thriving and living her best life, she has made so many friends, both staff and residents, and her days are filled with activities and bus rides!! Knowing that mom is happy and being well cared for provides our family with peace of mind. Halcyon at West Bay is a truly amazing facility!!!

Moving my mom to Halcyon was the best thing I could have ever done. Johanna and Ben in the Reflections memory care have added engagement and activities that are adding a great quality of life. The management team is always available to address concerns, questions, and feedback. You can tell from the moment you arrive, and the way you are greeted that the employees are happy and care about the residents.

Halcyon West Bay has been a wonderful place for our mom “Barbara” to live for the past two years. It gives our family peace of mind. They have so many activities for the residents. Our mom enjoys the performers that come in to entertain the residents. The musicians are amazing. They prepare a monthly calendar of events for the families to follow. The meals are prepared daily by their personal chef. The staff is very attentive to my mom along with the many other residents. Our mom’s living space is absolutely beautiful. My mom is also happy when she gets her nails done. Thank you to all the staff including the front desk staff for all that you do for our families.

My Mom was a resident of Brookdale West Bay for almost 10 years until her recent passing. A few years ago she was moved into their Memory Care unit. The care she received at this facility was outstanding! The staff is nothing short of exceptional. I look back to when I moved her to West Bay and I now know that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I very highly recommend this facility which is not only lovely in its accommodations but mostly it's about the staff. I have rarely known a more caring group of people. My Mom was extremely well cared for and loved by everyone who knew her....what a rare find this place is!

Mom originally went to Brookdale West Bay for a 30 day respite. Two weeks into her stay she decided this would be a new chapter and permanent home for her. My family and I were thrilled for Mom as well as knowing she was home in a great place. The facility is clean, cheerful, and welcoming. There are numerous activities, accommodations, and amenities. Every member of the staff are amazing and vested in the care and support of the residents. It was refreshing to witness from the administrators to maintenance to activities to medical to receptionist, the staff truly enjoy their jobs. Mom quickly got involved with games, entertainment, movies and made some new friends. I highly recommend going for a tour. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale West Bay.
