Dementia is such a complicated condition and the decision to place my father in a Memory Care facility was an extremely difficult one. After visiting several reputable facilities, my father and I selected Hale Ku’ike Pali as his new home. It was the BEST decision we ever made! For the first time, I felt that I wasn’t alone with his care and that I could actually relinquish some of my responsibilities and worries. I was able to do this as the Pali team is comprised of extremely compassionate, responsive, and highly skilled professionals! Everyone from David, the owner; to Dorothy the Director of Community Engagement; to Imelda the Pali Administrator; to the amazing RNs, Kristin and Janlex; with whom I primarily work; to the FUN & CREATIVE Activity Directors Virginia and Breanna; to ALL the aides and support staff; and to my absolute favorite, Luna, Pali’s service dog, cheerleader, and protector; are all absolutely PRICELESS! The facility is safe, clean, and welcoming! I highly recommend Hale Ku’ike Pali to anyone who is looking for a loving home for their loved one. ~ Suzette
