Hamilton Grove

Great place that cares for your loved ones. When they are no longer able to do so themselves. My Grandparents love it there. And even get to live in the same room. Which some places do not allow. Very clean and nice. With lots of activities for every ability.

Our Grandma is there and it is great seeing her smile and interact with the staff and other residents. She really likes it here.

I have nothing but great things to say about Hamilton Grove. The staff are very caring, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My grandma gets the best care here. She loves it! She has made friends here and participates in many activities. My grandmother is very happy here and is vent content living at Hamilton Grove.

Do your research. I will also being filing a complaint with the state. My mom was discharged today from there. My mom has stage 4 liver cancer and because of that she is very confused about everything. She can not care for herself. All the nurses that worked with my mom know that and agree that her living on her own would be the worst idea and likely would kill her. However Hamilton Grove discharged her. Never once spoke with the POA. Never included any family in the discharge plan. What paperwork i did find says she can go back to her apartment which is absolutely false. She has many stairs in her apartment and seeing her there would again likely kill her. We the family were assured by the Director of Nursing that we would have plenty of notice. We got none so my mom is with me and we know absolutely nothing about what is scheduled, dont know if they set up any after care. The discharge document says she is going home to her apartment and that Never was going to happen. The director of Nursing is honestly at fault and does such a terrible job. All she did was fed us excuses after excuses. I will honestly not let this go because if this is the way they do people then they are killing our loved ones. Look elsewhere. Look at the other reviews. As long as that director of nursing is there, dont go there.

We had my mother in law in this facility for around a month for rehab. The discharge process was so unorganized! Nobody from the facility talked to the family. Never spoke to the POA, who she was going to live with, no one called in prescriptions, they didn’t have her clothes gathered from the laundry service so of course we didn’t get them all back. They went over paperwork with her even after knowing that she has confusion. The whole process was lacking communication and a safe discharge.
