Our family would highly recommend Hamilton House! The community is welcoming, well-maintained and provides high-quality, compassionate care. Tori their Community Life Director creates engaging activities that keep residents connected, Katie their Sales and Marketing Director makes the transition process smooth and supportive and Alissa leads the nursing team eith professionalism and heart! We love the team at Hamilton House!

My Mother in Law has been here since August and the care has never been as advertised, bathing schedules are not followed, room attendant necklace goes unanswered and the food selection and quality is sub par.

My dad (99 years old) has been in the Memory Care unit for over three years. While the Hamilton House isn't perfect, the staff has always been great to work with and after visiting my dad every week, I always leave with an assurance that he is in a place where he is well cared for. I have a quarterly meeting with the staff and am impressed with the number of activities they provide and the attention they pay to my dad's special needs. Thanks to all at HH for your extra ordinary service in an environment where caring for the needs of the various residents can be extra ordinarily challenging.

I highly recommend Hamilton House! The management team is amazing and very accommodating. The location is great! The facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The care staff engage with the residents and provide great care. The food is very good and they also offer the option to order from their bistro menu as an alternative. There are so many activities offered on the independent/assisted living side and memory care unit. Hamilton house staff and the residents are very welcoming! Transitions can be tough but Hamilton house does a great job making a seamless transition. I appreciate everything that Hamilton House does to provide the best care to the residents!

Katie at Hamilton house went up and above to help me get my dad into their assisted living. She was extremely professional, prompt, and compassionate when I was trying to decide where to have my father live. The whole staff there really was very top notch, on top of that I was very pleased with Hamilton House over all in every aspect.
