Hampton Manor of Chesapeake

Place is beautiful with good size rooms. Excellent care for my dad. The entire staff has been very attentive. All staff and medical have been wonderful with answering my questions and meeting my dad's needs. I love that they know his name and have daily interactions. I feel relieved to know he is in a safe place and his needs are being met socially and medically.

​Hampton Manor was exceptional. The team made the entire transition and paperwork process easy for my parent. Specifically, Maria was awesome and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Hampton Manor was exactly what I was looking for, for my uncle. One floor, all handicap bathrooms, lots of activities (when I saw the putt- putt golf I was sold), therapy, and it is decorated so beautifully. He has been there for a month now and is happy. The people who help him are great! Easy access to the director and the assistant for any questions and help.

My wife (Jill ) needs the special physical care that an assisted living facility can provide. We found the perfect place and people in Hampton Manor. When I first entered the building I was greeted by a classey sparkling new check-in area and a large TV sitting area (more sitting rooms and coves in the building). Later l found the many other places and facilities just as impressive. The apartments are large, well designed and sparkling clean. That is just the setting because the real winner is all of the staff. From Maria (Executive Director), Monica, Curnell, Amy, to the newest caregiver she received nothing short of super support. So with our five star review I moved in with my wife this week.

Moving Mom into assisted living was such an emotional step, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility is absolutely beautiful and spotless, but it’s the people who make it special. Maria, Curnell, Monica, and Amy have been amazing—so patient, caring, and supportive during this transition. Knowing Mom is surrounded by such wonderful people gives our family so much peace of mind. We’re truly thankful for all they do.
