My main concern was with the time it took to respond to residents' needs. There were many instances where requests for assistance were not resolved as quickly as expected. In a care environment, timely responses are crucial for both safety and comfort. Communication with staff was generally polite, but it was not always possible to keep up with the urgency of the situation. Communication about care issues could have been more proactive. Families should have confidence that requests will be resolved quickly and consistently. I recommend asking detailed questions about staff coverage and response procedures before choosing a facility.

My family relies on Hampton Manor for attentive care, so it was very concerning when there was a noticeable delay in responding to medical needs. When residents rely on staff for timely assistance, especially in emergency situations, responsiveness is of utmost importance. The delay caused unnecessary stress for our family. We have raised concerns with management and hope improvements will be made so that no other residents have a similar experience. Management is extremely poor. Their words do not match their actions.

This facility offers peace of mind to families. Knowing our loved one is cared for so well means everything to us.

Staff is beyond helpful and sweet. Im an EMT in training and they let me come in to do the residence vital signs. Jennifer Johnson was super helpful and even offered to help with my med terms while I was there. Mindy fell and were super nice over the phone. Nancy pilbeam helped guide me through the facility. The facility is clean and they even have two friendly facility cats. The rooms are big and spacious, I would sleep well having my parents living here.

I can't say enough good things about Hampton Manor! The staff? Super cooperative, they've been like a second family to my granddad, always looking out for him. The memory care program is top-notch and shows that they genuinely care. And the food? Excellent! Fresh, flavorful, and high-quality. It's not just a care facility - it feels like home. The best decision we've ever made for our family!
