Storypoint Oshtemo is really amazing! Not only is the community beautiful but right from the beginning tour with Nicole, you can feel that the staff really care about the residents they serve. The whole team is truly committed to their residents and go above and beyond every day to make sure they are well cared for. Residents and staff really seem engaged and happy. You need to visit and experience this place for yourself!

We all know elder care requires a very special person. The complete staff at Provision Living of Oshtemo strive to provide the residents with the best care possible. My mother has been a resident for coming up on 2 years. I have always felt that she is in the best place available. There have been changes in caregivers which is very common in this field. I believe that each new hire seems to make the team stronger. There seems to be a sharing of knowledge that ensures specific needs of each resident are met. On many occasions I have witnessed management and staff going above and beyond to accommodate special needs of residents and their families. Check this place out when the need arises maybe even earlier to get on the waiting list. Waiting list should tell you something.

Nicole M. provided me with a very thorough and enjoyable tour of the facility. She did a really good job explaining what options are and I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent on the tour. it is an absolutely beautiful facility and the staff was all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The people I met that live there all appeared to be happy and were quite friendly. When my parents are ready to move into assisted-living. I definitely plan on Provision Living being our first choice.

Recently toured Provisions as our family considers senior communities for our Dad who deserves the best. We're looking for a place that doesn't look, smell or appear to be an old persons home; a place that cares for, honors and dignifies the people that live there. My siblings, sib-in-laws and I are very particular about where our Dad will live and we were all very impressed with Provisions. Nicole did a great job patiently and clearly answering our many questions (in person and via email), gave us an unhurried tour of the community and did a great job engaging my Father as well. The facility has the appearance of a beautiful apartment building with arches over each units entry and a shelf nook for residents to decorate as they desire. We were impressed with the size and layout of the units which were thoughtfully laid out to ensure safety, ease of living yet still homey. The safety technology that privately monitors, learns the residents movements and alerts staff as needed, is a huge plus. Facility has a library, salon, spa area, several living room gathering areas, workout area, theater movie room, outdoor areas and more. Lots of options for quality living. Staff seemed very friendly. Residents seemed happy. Lots of activities for the residents. Food menu look delicious with options for the residents. Overall, we were all impressed and agreed this is the senior community for our Dad.

This week, we moved my Mother-in-law from her apartment into Provision Living. Everything so far has exceeded our expectations. The staff has been positive and caring, and welcomed her with open arms. The facility is bright and cheerful and the food is outstanding! Safety protocols are evident as well. Activities occur daily and offer a wide variety of things to do. We feel we made a great choice in moving her to Provision!
