Hands And Heart Assistant Living

The residents have been without internet for 6 months due to some kind of ridiculous and unnecessary internal standoff. The residents have such little to do and many have serious mobility issues. This is a critical failing that should be resolved right away. So many of the staff are wonderful but whoever is in charge of this fundamental item needs to step up and get this resolved. I would not send anyone there right now until they do.

This is a money hungry organization! They've lost dentures and eyeglasses that the family has to pay and replace. Then want to know how the resident got the money. Make sure your all your business is order before choosing this facility! The bright spot here are the nurses!! They are exceptional! Can't say enough about them!

Warm and inviting. The staff really cares about their residents. Any issues that may arise get swiftly and thoroughly addresses.

Our mother has been here for over a year. The staff is not the fastest, but they are friendly and helpful. The accommodations are what you make of it. They have regular events for their residents. They have church on-site Sunday's. They have plenty of areas other than the room for visiting such as a gazebo, open areas with tables and seating, a dining room, etc. The nuns are sweet and caring. The nuns and staff get along well. They have the ability to support disabled with lifts, there are multiple elevators, disabled parking in back. We can sign our mother out for lunch, or the day, etc. She hates not being home, but from all the places she's been to or we have visited this one is worth it.

Quiet, clean, comfortable retirement facility run by nuns. Much better than most.
