I saw this place in person it is clean (no smell) and I saw staff loving and caring on patients like they were family

They leave their dogs out to run and dart in front of cars driving by. Very dangerous. They don't seem to care. Even when the sheriffs dept is called.

This is probably one of the best Assisted Livings in the San Antonio and Boerne area. The owner whole heartedly cares for her resident’s and families. I would encourage anybody that is looking for a home for their loved one to please consider this love filled Assisted Living community.

They abuse there patients, my uncle was there for a year and within that one year. They burned him with cigarettes on his face. The didn't bath him often, they would leave him in his chair all day long. My uncle was left in his chair day in and day out he lost his ability to walk. His legs and arms were so stiff from them not doing any kind of exercise for his arms and legs. They didn't work with his speech so he lost his ability to speak. They also left my uncle in dirty appends, and when they did finally move him from his chair. They would just pull him up by his arms and without support to his bottom area. Then proceeded to slam my uncle in his wheelchair. The couple are bullyies, he likes to intimidated women. If there isn't any men around. He is well over six feet tall, and likes to stand in a fight pose to intimidated women. She likes to physically push people then call the police and say she feared for life. And then bans the family from seeing your loved one. All just for questioning the way they treat there patients. They do not like to be questioned at all. And if you do, hold on to your hats. You will see a different side to them. And it isn't a good side either. These are very sick people running this nursing home. And this location needs to be closed down. Very unsafe for patients, all they want is the money they get from the government for having a nursing home. And could care less about any patient there. As long as they get there money.
