My parents lived at the Harbor Campus for 8 years, first in assisted living and later in memory care. I visited them weekly and got to know many cooks, custodians, caregivers, nurses, administrators and residents that lived there. Any problems encountered were addressed immediately by administrators. The people they hire are caring, respectful and attentive to the resident’s needs. The planned activities are appropriate and enjoyable to the residents and their families. The best thing about the Harbor Campus is that they bring people and especially families together with daily activities and planned special events. Even though the last 8 years have been emotional and sometimes very difficult, the Harbor Campus family helped me make decisions about my parent’s care and find the needed resources. My parents were well cared for and I am so grateful.

Our Aunt Shirley was a resident at Harbor Campus Assisted Living for nearly four years. She had lived in Burlington, but as her health declined, we moved her closer to family. Her love for crafts with the Activities Dept. and her gift of gab made this transition a little easier for her. Eventually, she moved to the memory care unit, where she received the best care we could have hoped for in her final days. Thank you for helping make Aunt Shirley’s last years happy and comfortable. My Dad lived at the Harbor Campus for about 10 years. He started in Senior Living and he loved it. Then his health worsened and he went into their assisted living section and he received very good care, all while keeping his friends he knew. He ended up in the memory care unit and we were very happy with his care until he passed. This facility and their caregivers are Grade A.

My mother Mary Sauer recently became a resident of Harbor Campus in Port Washington. During the entire process of looking, then choosing an appropriate Senior living facility for my mother, we were in close contact with Maria Florczak. She was informative, thoughtful, kind, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient as we made decisions. Her level of support and her genuine love for this community is incredibly rare in today’s world. We have since been made to feel very welcome by the other employees and residents at Harbor Campus. This community has an energetic and unique family feeling to it. We look forward to our mother being a part of it!

Until recently, my mother resided at Harbor Campus in Port Washington where she had been since 2010. During her tenure there, Carla Kostecki and the entire staff from maintenance to food service, did their best to ensure my mother's needs were met on a daily basis treating her with the utmost respect. My mother loved living in an environment where she felt like she was part of a larger family. I will not only miss visiting my mother, but also the kind and friendly staff who were there for us, especially when we needed them most. I cannot be more grateful for the staff at Harbor Campus.
