Great people, hard working, clean store. Sometimes they are short on pills but they let you know they will have them in a day or two! Can't ask for much more in a small town, we understand that you can't be fully stocked and that you're going to do your best to get us what we need :) Always shop local at a family owned businesses!!

Great customer service! I'm from out of town and forgot to bring my prescription with me on vacation. This pharmacy went above and beyond! I knew my insurance would not cover my prescription since it was too soon for them to cover it but the wonderful staff at Harbor Town Pharmacy filed a vacation override with my insurance and got the insurance to cover it. BTW, I didn't even give them my insurance information thinking I was going to pay out of pocket. They got all the information from my pharmacy at home!

Because of the COVID19, the pharmacy is open but you have to stay in your car which is fine. The pharmacy tech comes out and takes your prescription which I got it at the local hospital. Throughout the whole time, we waited in the car and it took about ~10 minutes to get our medication. The nice part was that the pharmacist came out and asked if I had any quesitons regarding the medication that was prescribed.

I have been going to Harbor town pharmacy for 8 years. They have been wonderful to me. I know they get very. very busy. I have never had any negative experiences. I know they hit the ground running every morning. Perhaps those who complain should try being more patient. Nancy Terwilliger

The staff wasn't friendly. We were ignored, and other customers were taken in front of me, then I was addressed. This is a public business, that's supposed to service anyone who comes there regardless of RACE, or type of insurance (Medicaid) used to pay for their services, everyone else received warm smiles and Hello's, but I didn't. My husband was watched in the pharmacy like he was trying to steal something. You'd think they've lived under a rock since birth, and never seen other people of varying ethnicities. On a positive note, there was a woman with darker hair that was nice and smiled and Thanked me for my business, and the store is clean when I come in there. I'm not going anywhere, as we bought a house in town so.....
