I have had the pleasure of taking care of patients at Harbor Place of Port Saint Lucie for the last 8 years. I see firsthand the heart and soul that is poured into every resident. I have had the honor of working with the best administration team, past and present. Not one day goes by without the nursing team updating me on residents, advocating for patients or coordinating care. That’s how I define a loving and caring facility, I highly recommend Harbor Place. Angela, Sid and Peggy we appreciate you all, we can’t thank your amazing care staff enough!

I am incredibly impressed with Harbor Place and the level of care they provide. From the moment we toured the facility, it was clear that the staff is dedicated to ensuring the residents are comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. The environment is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always available to answer questions or address concerns. My loved one feels safe and valued here, and it's a great comfort knowing they are in such capable hands. The wide variety of activities and the emphasis on health and wellness is also a huge plus. I truly feel like we made the best decision choosing Harvor Place. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for top-notch care for their loved ones!

We have been so relieved to have my mom live there. It is a safe, clean place run by very nice and caring ppl. In particular Bethany Hammock and Sincia, at the front desk are really really awesome. Bethany wears many hats. Many. But she always has a smile on her face. She needs help and I hope corporate hears her and gets her some assistance. I don’t want her to leave.

I weighed several non-negotiable factors when choosing an assisted living facility, including safety; compassionate, skilled, and reliable staff; cleanliness; and a pleasant environment. Harbor Place met those requirements. During the two years my mother has lived there, she’s had some medical challenges and her health has become more fragile. But not only has Harbor been a safe space for her, those initial requirements are still being met. The common areas — a spacious outdoor patio, library, 2nd- and 3rd-floor sitting rooms, activity room — allow residents to socialize or observe in comfort, an important factor in their quality of life. Communications are satisfactory and in emergency situations, medical or management staff are quick to provide information. When occasional missteps are made, it’s been my experience that they’re quickly corrected. More often, however, I’ve seen extraordinary and unexpected examples of simple kindnesses, and I’m reminded of how a thoughtful gesture or quick hug can brighten your day. I wish I could list the name of each staff member who has provided generous, considerate service and support when we needed it most, but there are too many. I hope they know how grateful I am. I put a lot of thought into choosing this facility and had high expectations. After two years, I’m glad to say that it seems like I made the right choice.

We loved Harbor Place (HP) assisted living since the first time we visited it for my 92 yo mother. It felt homey, relaxed, safe, and Pat Miles, the Sales Director, greeted all the residents by name and they greeted her in response. We did not get that same vibe when we visited other assisted living facilities in the area. The concierge staff, Anna, Judy, & Jerry (who is also the pastor & assisted with games), were always very friendly, welcoming & helpful. In the 3 years my mother was in HP, she was always happy, enjoyed playing games, participating in activities & always said how nice everyone was at HP. The staff was always available, helpful, friendly, & assisted with any requests. The Resident Care Director, Angela Moore, & her assistant Peggy, were very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. They were instrumental in assisting us when we had to place my mother under hospice care. I want to also mention Syd, Miriam, Maria, Serenity, Kelly, Tina, Walls, & Jeanne as they were very caring, compassionate, friendly, and took great care of my mother. In addition, Joe Livingston from maintenance was always very helpful & assisted us & my mother on several occasions. There are others that we don't their names that assisted my mom or us and we thank them as well. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Harbor Place Assisted Living.
