My father lived here for 15 months and we couldn't have been more pleased with the care he received. The staff are caring and compassionate, the food was varied and well prepared, and the opportunities for social events were plentiful. My father was blind and wheelchair bound, and the staff were always looking for new ways to accommodate for his abilities. The director was always responsive and easy to approach. The facility was super clean and the residents were well cared for. My dad was a resident for 4 months while awaiting an opening at another Village Concepts facility closer to family. The staff welcomed him wholeheartedly and took such good care of him. They were so wonderful at helping him make this tough transition. The staff was so professional and caring in helping with some of the daily care he needed. He told me repeatedly that he felt very safe and cared for. As his daughter, I always felt welcome and encouraged to contact the staff to ask questions, etc. During a very difficult time with so many life changing decisions to make, the staff helped and guided us through the process and were ever so accommodating and helpful.
