Many caregivers and home healthcare PT / OT who come in have said to me and my Mom after my father was found unresponsive during an unannounced visit that this place over medicates, not enough staffing, clearly does not care for the patient. I called 911. Director was pissed off I called 911. He was dehydrated and since I caught them negligent, the Director called my siblings and slandered and defamed my character. I heard she is no longer at this hell hole. Please DO NOT send your loved one here. It's an institution vs. a nice memory care residential community. I never heard of so many bad reviews about this place. This Director who is no longer there has cause a major family drama but the cameras showed I was not in anyway being in appropriate as she told my siblings. The abuse my father endured for 3 weeks and never notified he was being taken to Sarasota due to IRMA. They put up a great front in the front office but behind that locked door into their institution is dirty and the food I wouldn't feed my dog. My father lost 20 lbs. This place needs to be shut down. #HARBORHELL
