I can say with out a doubt that the staff at Harbor Chase Plano are exceptional people. The Executive Director, Ashley, Director of Memory Care Jean, Business Office Manager Azita to the Sales Director, Ann Hinson are all exceptional professionals. When you first walk in the door, you feel at home, as it is inviting and warm. I highly recommend Harbor Chase Plano, as this team will provide 5 star service and loving care to your love ones, family and friends. It is a true pleasure to work with them.

Have my bonus mom in The Cove at Harbor Chase now. The staff is very good, really seem to care about all their residents and most of the staff has been there a long time. Would highly recommend for your loved one.

My mother was a resident of HarborChase of Plano assisted living for nine months, and I was impressed by the level of service and caring that she received. The nurses and caregivers went above and beyond to assist her, and they coordinated seamlessly with the team provided by LoveWell Hospice. I will always be grateful that my sweet mother was living at HarborChase when she needed extra care.

I spent an amazing day with my mom and her friends from the Harbor Chase Assisted Living community on an excursion. The time out was so wonderful for my mom and her friends. Something different from the daily routine will give them stories to talk about for years to come. The staff, Ashley, Cory, Azita, took such good care of everyone. Safety was the number one priority but fun was a close second. I can’t say enough positive comments about this excursion for the residents. Thanks to HC for making our day.
