HARBORCHASE OF RIVERWALK

My mom lived here for the last 3 years, and we recently had to move her because of the tremendous rate increases we’ve encountered each year. I’ll just say this- the best way to find out that your loved one wasn’t cared for? Move them to a place that actually does care for them, and see the difference.

Rude.. I was thinking of placing my grandfather here. I had a few questions about what they eat. Well I called and spoke to someone who said they work at the front desk and could only take a message because the kitchen is on the other side of the building.. completely useless every question I had she had an excuse on why she didn't know it what or why she couldn't do it. If you're only there to sit at a desk and do absolutely nothing just say that. I'll look for another senior community with a more active staff

My mom is thriving at HarborChase in The Riverwalk in Rock Hill. Her caregivers are amazing and the Activity Team keeps her busy. I have been amazed at the differences in Senior Living facilities. I feel as though I have won The Lottery when it comes to her care. Thank you to everyone at HarborChase.

HarborChase of Riverwalk is a lovely community. The staff is caring and kind. A beautiful place for your loved ones who may need extra attention. I was so impressed by their memory care. They treat everyone like family which makes it feel more like home for their residents.

Harbor Chase Riverwalk is a wonderful assisted living facility. I couldn’t have found a better place for mom. The staff members are very friendly and attentive. There are many activities for the residents to choose from, the place is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and I hear from mom that the food is delicious. I also like how the families are kept well informed, especially during the pandemic. I know my mom is good hands here.
