HARBORCHASE OF SARASOTA

Visited last July and toured with Brian in sales. Loved it and was at the point of making it home, and then at home an accident happened where I chipped 3 teeth and broke one.  I made Brian aware, and he'd email and check in on me. Fast-forward a few weeks into August, and I see he has left the company. In the first week of Sept, I called and spoke to Doreen, expressed my interest, and introduced myself. 7 or 8 weeks go by, putting us in mid-November, and finally an email from her. I explained I was incapacitated as I had a stomach virus, which was known to cause stomach cancer, and was going through treatment but was still interested. Around this time, it was near Thanksgiving, and, mind you, there were 0 phone calls from her, so I reached out to Barclay of Sarasota. I continued with physical therapy through Christmas, since I have been bedridden since early November. January came and got an email from Doreen, where she said she'd love to talk. She had 4 months and made 0.  I told her I would be visiting Barclay and went over figures from when Brian was there. She never responded back. I really like HarborChase, but when you're in sales and there are 0 phone calls (other than 1 I made), that says it all. I love Justin and Cheryl there. After my tour with Barclay, I wanted to compare #s. I can compare, so it looks like I'll be going to Barclay of Sarasota. All in all, I could have called, but if you want my $$$ she should make a call or 2.

This building offers some of the best resident events I’ve ever seen. The staff truly goes above and beyond—everything is thoughtfully planned, the food is great, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents.On top of that, the building is always clean and well maintained, which really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

This building has the best events for the residents that I’ve ever seen. Great food, great staff; they really go all out. We went to a Christmas party for the residents, and it was amazing. I would give this place eight stars if I could.

I transferred my loved one to Harbor Chase of Sarasota from another facility that was not caring for her properly. The staff at Harbor Chase actually listened to me and have worked, and continue working with her to build trust. My loved one's appearance and cleanliness is 100 times better and the cleanliness of the facility is 100 times better. It's awesome and a relief to visit and see life and not just existence! Thank you is not enough!

My grandfather went to live in the memory care unit last year, and was there until he passed away this year. I so grateful to all the Harbor Chase team who took very good care of him. I want to especially thank Veronica and June for all they did for his care. This was absolutely the right place for him and I would highly recommend them to any other family looking for a place to help care for their aging loved ones.
