Thank you Harbor chase for taking care of my aunt Marilyn Goldberg. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. Harbor chase was always clean and neat, celebrating all holidays and kept the residents busy playing games. The nursing staff was also excellent and took great care of my aunt. My mom lived in this center for about one month before passing away. The staff has been superb. From the cooks, and nurses, all the way up to the director, they showed great diligence, medical knowledge, compassion, and friendliness to my mom and to me, her only son. The facility is kept very clean. The patients are encouraged to come out of their rooms for daily activities and to eat in the dining room. The food for 3 square meals is prepared daily and was brought to the patients' room if need be. Daniel Flores deserves a big shout out. He impressed me with his caring approach and that he knew the names of all of the patients as well as all of the staff. I looked at 8 different assisted living facilities before selecting Harbor Chase, and I know I made the right choice of Harbor Chase. Move your loved one into this facility and rest easy that they will be well cared for each and every day. They made a usually difficult time for me easier to bare. Thank you!!!

I brought my mom in this facility almost 5 weeks ago. Initially I was so nervous about leaving my mom here. But, the staff here calmed my fears. They are personable. They respond to questions and spend time explaining no matter what my concern may have been. Other families that I have come to know also seem happy as well. Laura, Marie, Daniel and Norma were the ones that started the help on my mommy’s new journey. Claudia, Destiny, Jocelyn are just a few of the hands on caregivers that I’ve grown to know. There are so many more I just don’t know all of their names. Lastly, the nurses are the best! My mom seems happy and that matters a lot. Thank You God for guiding us where we are right now.

My Name is Joanne I moved my mother to Harbor Chase in the midst of this pandemic... So scary as we were unable to physically go into the facility and look around. After many phone conversations with Teresa ( a Wonderful Caring Lady) She not only sent me every picture and floor plan ...Teresa went ahead and took a live Time Video of the apartment that would soon become our mother's Wonderful New Home! The story could go on and on... One week after our mother was moved which Paul the maintenance man helped move and set up everything... Our mother went from not speaking and very hopeless as we were also to Thriving and Speaking calling and totally engaging us! By the way our mother has Dementia. We can Now finally see our mother! Laura the director couldn't be any more Kind Caring and Very Professional, to Norma the facility nurse, Marie the resident coordinator, and the biggest warming smile of Tamika at the front desk. Then there are All the wonderful staff attendants we don't know them all yet! Zak is one that we along with Fabiola couldn't be more caring and supportive. During these crazy times although very scary... We Absolutely couldn't have made a better choice. We are So Very Grateful and Forever Thankful for Everyone at Harbor Chase of Tamarac!
