Review of Heron Cove (2025) When my mother first entered Heron Cove in early 2025, the support was excellent. Fred (then the director) and Heather were wonderful, and we felt confident in choosing the facility. Unfortunately, after their departure, the quality of care declined significantly. My mother’s refrigerator broke and was not replaced for several months. Her bathroom was frequently unclean and often smelled of urine. The most serious concern was medication management: there were multiple instances where medications— including blood pressure medication—were missed or given incorrectly. Communication and accountability were extremely poor throughout. During this time, my mother suffered a fall and her overall condition declined to the point where she is now unable to care for herself. While we cannot say for certain the fall was related to the medication errors, it is concerning. We removed her from the facility and will not return. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Heron Cove.

This place is beautiful. From the staff to the clean and gorgeous layout of the building. This is definitely a place you want to spend your love ones,so they can live out the rest of their life in peace and with dignity.

I’m so thankful for the staff. And all of the employees that interact with my husband. My experience has been very pleasant with each of them. They are kind and compassionate about other other Work. For my husband. This is the best place he could be receiving his Care from.

I have enjoyed meeting most of the residents and the staff have been wonderful particularly Piper, Latesha, Marylou tenisia and many more cannot remember all the names. Exercise class has been great and all the games have been fun xxxx sometimes the food is good but sometimes portions are very suitable for a four year old. Most people have been very helpful.

I recently visited Heron Cove and they genuinely care for their residents and team members. At a recent event, the assisted living residents were happily dancing, singing, and chatting, clearly feeling at home. The team also joined in, offering companionship and excellent care. I had the privilege of touring their Memory Care home, which was one of the most inviting communities I've seen. The space was thoughtfully designed with musical instruments, a craft room, a beautiful courtyard, and a lovely dining area, all creating a homelike feel. I even received a hug from a happy resident. It's comforting to know your loved one is in such a wonderful, safe environment, receiving exceptional care from a dedicated team.
