HarborChase is a beautiful Community especially their memory care. I had the pleasure of touring with Zully the director of sales who was so kind and understanding. She took her time and answered all my questions and went over the different types of activities they provide to the residents. I'm planning on moving to Florida with my mom who will need a Memory Care and I know that this Community will be the place were my family and I would want mom to be in. We got to meet a lot of the staff members and residents during the tour. The memory care was so bright and inviting. Thank you Zully and staff for being so welcoming. We will definitely see you in again!

Beautiful building with great amenities for your loved ones. The care staff shows how much they love their jobs just by the care they provide for your loved ones. The management team truly cares about every aspect of the residents day to day living and really try to enhance their live with fun activities and engagement. Would definitely recommend this facility for assisted living and memory care.

Harbor Chase was one of 2 memory care communities I was considering for my husband. Zully was beyond knowledgeable, and comforting as I struggled with this worst decision of my life. I chose another community, although it could easily have been a coin-toss decision. Zully was most understanding and has offered to keep in touch in case I need to re-evaluate my decision. Wish i could offer more info on the memory care itself, but… Still - I would say that as of July 2025, Harbor Chase should definitely be at the top of MC communities you’ll want to consider.

Was nice at first but the turn over rate is ridiculous. They would leave my grandmother sitting in her own filth for hours and forget to take her blood sugars before and after she ate over a handful of times. Literal laundry lists of errors on the facilities end. The serving staff had no personalities and always looked as if they hated the job. Residents constantly complaining about the staff,food and I even watched a resident cry because a nurse was so intensely cruel to her. The office staff can’t get it together either. They lose paperwork and then just don’t say anything until it’s brought to their attention that they aren’t doing things correctly. Please don’t place your loved one in this facility if you truly care about their well being.

My parents have been residents of Harbor Chase since November 2021. This facility is a fabulous place!!!! Everyone on the staff is so nice and caring. They truly treat my parents as if they were their own parents or grandparents! The management staff can be seen in the halls frequently. They are always friendly. I especially noticed that they take the time to learn the residents' names. I am not just a relative to them. Many of the staff know me by name. Fantastic!! The facility is very clean. Decorations are placed everywhere to indicate the holidays. The activities available to the residents are fun and varied. There is something for everyone! The Memory Care unit, The Cove, has been the home of my parents for the past 15 months. The director, Charlene, and the care partners, Diamond, T, Q, Katie, and the others (sorry, I can't remember all the names) are so caring and professional. They have some difficult situations to care for on a daily basis. Despite this, they are always professional and caring. My mom is as happy as a lark at Harbor Chase. My dad is slowly becoming more comfortable with the care partners (his quirks, not theirs). I am truly thankful that the Lord blessed us with this facility for Mom and Dad! The cleanliness of the facility is far better than other places I have visited. It always smells so good when I walk through the door. I am thrilled with Harbor Chase. This is the ONLY assisted living community that showed any interest in my parents when we were looking for their forever home. THANK YOU, HARBOR CHASE!!!!
