Harmony at Falls Run

Moved my parents in Harmony at Falls Run, and throughout the whole process the staff was phenomenal and welcoming. Alisa Hilliard (sales) and Justin Thomson (Executive Director) not only made the whole business side of the transition run smoothly, but their compassion and understanding in the face of the stresses and inherent grief that comes with such a huge life transition for my parents meant so much to my whole family. The staff across the board, from executives to food and assistants have been wonderfully welcoming and available to my parents, and I have had open communication with them in order to assure my parents receive the best care. The facility is beautiful, food is great, and atmosphere is one that invites engagement to live into each day with joy and purpose. We are so grateful that my parents are a part of a fun, joy-filled community.

I toured this assisted living facility with my grandmother and I have to say it is one of a kind. The dining area was very neat and tidy. The staff are wonderful and very helpful especially Danielle, The Director of Nursing. She has very positive energy and we can tell she loves what she does.

Justin Thomson our director has been great. Activities is great. It is a great place and keep us busy with so many activities. Transportation to and from drs is great. Come join us and you can see what we are about. Doors are always open and love to meet new residents and their families

Harmony at Falls Run is a warm, welcoming community with a caring staff and a beautiful environment. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home, and there’s always something fun and engaging happening. It truly feels like a place where everyone is treated like family!

Our experience with Harmony and the staff that works there at the Fredericksburg location is great. The service from their staff is wonderful and friendly, the food is incredible and the facilities are well maintained. They have so many activities for the residents and Mom has made so many new friends! A special shout out to Alisa, Heather (front desk), Tracey, Esther, Kelly, Rhianna and all the other staff who show up everyday to make a difference in the life of the residents who live there and for making Mom feel right at home!❤️
