Poor upkeep, building Poor, not handicap friendly no elevator women living on 3rd floor, men's on bottom always getting flooding inside their room water goes through brick wall, bad pest control huge hissing cockroaches,etc

I was wanting to do something for the residents at Christmas a few years ago. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was unable to follow through in time for Christmas. I remember the lady I spoke with was so very nice and eager to have someone do something like that and so I'd like to try again this year. Very special people there and God loves them all and so do I.

Very rude people that work here, went today to drop off Christmas presents for some of the people living there. As I was waiting one of the ladies that worked there told me I had no business waiting where I was or even being there. I was doing something nice or people less fortunate and that’s how I got treated.
