HARTFORD ESTATES II

The staff is great with open communication with me. My sister lives there and it feels like home for her. She feels safe there. Emmy is dedicated to everyone that lives there.

I have been a resident here for over three years. It is not perfect but no place is. What Hartford Estates is is family oriented same staff which makes it easier for us residents and I feel safe. If there is a problem Emmie is on it and trys to help us no matter what. She's like a young mom for us and staff. A little family

It wasn't all bad. Just don't be fooled by all the things that are told to you.They don't do any activities, the meals are not that good.(not always hot and not always cooked completely, raw ). The administrator is unreliable and makes the place sound better than what it really is. She makes promises she and the staff don't keep. There is a lot of drama there. Everyone knows what is going on with everyone. NO privacy. The only good thing I can say is most of the residents are enjoyable to talk with.

Incredible, educated staff that CARE SO MUCH! New ownership and renovations done since July 2019. Wonderful assisted living community in Hartford for the elderly population.

Emmy and her team really know how to make the entire family right at home. You can tell they all pour their hearts into everything they do. Highly recommended home!
