HARTLAND TERRACE

Unprofessional ! I've been waiting for 36 days to receive my last payment from Hartland Terrance . I was kind and very patient and respectful to the owner she continues to give me the run around the last time I spoke with the manager was May 20th ! She tried to make me feel as if I was harassing her when I was just messaging her back like she asked me to ! Do not recommend especially if your of color !!!!!!!

Fantastic place ran by a fantastic woman! We washed the facility today and can tell that the people that live there love where they live! All of the employees are very kind as well. If you’re looking for an assisted living facility in Waukesha County, look no further!!!!

My mother-in-law lived here 3 years. She was treated like a queen! The young CNA's loved her as their mother. Jennifer the owner, is very compassionate and sat with my mother-in-law in her last hours. The care was above all expectations!
