Not only do I feel my mother is in the best care that could possibly ever happen for her. But the staff is amazing and so kind and nice. My mother loves it there and I couldn't be a happier son. Besides that, the cleanliness of this place is like something I've never seen before. I definitely definitely thank all the people there, And they are just so appreciated and loved.

I am so pleased to compliment Hope House Inglewood for the wonderful care my friend Richard has received. For a year and a half Richard was in an assisted living facility, Studio Royale in Culver City. He fell a month and a half ago while walking to the dining room and was taken to the hospital. After that, a rehab facility, then back to SR, then back to the hospital, then to another rehab facility, then back to SR where the care at all of these facilities was very concerning. We started looking for another assisted living facility that could meet his needs. Thank God we found Hope House Inglewood. I was very impressed at the first meeting with Sara and Amber and the subsequent visit to their six-bed facility in Inglewood. Richard was transported there the next day. Sara took care of everything in the transfer, transportation, medication, medical equipment, and communication with all. It was wonderful! The second night Sara called to tell me Richard asked, “Can I stay here another day?” Within three days, Richard, who was bed-ridden for the past six weeks, was out of bed sitting and feeding himself! I especially want to commend Amber and her team for their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. Knowing my mother was in such capable and caring hands gave me priceless peace of mind. While a permanent stay isn’t feasible for us at the moment, I truly wish it were. Harvard Hope House has left a lasting impression on our family, and I am incredibly thankful for the care and support they provided. Highly recommend!

I refer to the Hope House and it's staff as a House of Angels. My 95 year old mother suddenly went from total independence to requiring 24 hours of assisted care that our family was unable to provide. This was the most difficult decision we had to make and our search for adequate care facilities was very challenging. We had two failed placements prior to finding the Hope House. I have to admit due to their address/location I was very skeptical and almost didn't go look at the house. However, Thank God I did!!! I called Amber, the owner and facilitator, desperate to move my mom to a safe place, she agreed to meet me and my sister to give us a tour immediately (it was a late afternoon). The house is immaculate and the staff was warm and polite. I could feel the love as soon as I entered it's doors. It was an answered prayer. We were able to relocate my mom the very next day, it was perfect timing. My mom was happy and referred to the Hope House as Home, she had never referenced any of the other facilities as home. My mom's spirits were lifted from being depressed having her life style suddenly altered without any control. My sister and I for the first time over a year of trials regarding the care of our mother was able to visit, go home and sleep at night knowing our mom was safe and being properly cared for. Over the several months my mom was at the Hope House, it was her forever Home with angels caring for her until she transitioned this past January 2024 to be with the Lord. If you have the opportunity to have your love one placed with Amber and the staff at the Hope House thank God for the blessing 🙌🏾 . The Hope House is a Diamond in the rough. There's not enough good I can say about it. OUR FAMILY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, from day 1 to the end, their service towards my mom was excellent and their care loving like family.
