Went & met the director to get some information. Was met on time. Interview not rushed at any point. Saw several rooms, & given plenty of time for my husband to measure them & sketch them out. Learned about the staffing patterns & availability of an RN. Admission process explained. Given a folder with a sample menu & activity calendar. Given the name of the activity director & RN to call & talk with them. Phone call made to speak with activity director, & additional visit made to completely tour facility inside & out with her. Additional questions answered. Again, no rush was ever felt. Plenty of staff was seen working. Always seemed friendly, pleasant, & attentive to resident needs. Husband talked with corporate office regarding business structure & how long Community Senior Life had owned Haven, as well as what kinds of rent increase could be expected. He was very satisfied with the conversation, & the answered he received. The company is locally based in Orange Beach, AL, which is easy enough to see on their website. As an RN, I was very pleased with every aspect of communication, touring, & information that we received. Even though we have yet to be a part of this community, I would highly recommend it!!!!
