Additionally, you can also take your pet to see your loved one, which is wonderful that they know how crucial those connections continue to be with your loved ones as well!

After touring Pine Haven, Faith Home, we knew this was where we wanted to get our father into. The facility was so clean and beautiful. Other residents were all dressed appropriately and clean. The individual rooms were oversized with the most generous one person bathroom. Unfortunately, they didnt have availability at that exact moment. Through many small miracles and many angels working behind the scenes at Pine Haven (Including Lynn, Jenny, Marie Lou to name a few), he was able to go to their beautiful facility a few weeks afterwards. He was admitted to the highest level of Memory Care under hospice (Sharon S Richardson goes to the facility). Everyone we encountered took wonderful care of our beloved Dad, from the daily attentive care & compassion of each CNA, hospice personal and again, Marie Lou who is in their Social Services. Is the place expensive? Yes. But is it any more so than the other facilities we toured?! No. For us to be able to place him in this facility was worth every dime. He deserved to spend his last days in a safe, reliable, loving & SAFE place. We live in the Falls just a 1/2 mile a way from it, so that proximity was very important to us as well. Pine Haven doesn't have visiting hours as they realize any time you want access to your loved one is imperative ..and we certainly did go all around the clock. Our father only spent 30 days with them for he passed. It was a wonderfully peaceful & respectful place to go. We are eternally grateful for Pine Haven and all the staff members who made his last days some of the better ones he had in months. Taking that weight off of you as full time caregivers, gave us the time & attention needed to tell/show him how much he was loved & appreciated for all he had done throughout his life for us. If you can, don't hesitate to use Pine Haven. Everyone treated him with such compassion, kindness & respect. They will forever hold a place in our families hearts for all they did for our father. Thank-you for doing it with such grace, P.H. staff & Sharon S. Richardson.

I have nothing but the best to say about Pine Haven. My loved one has received loving, quality care from the moment she was moved in. Staff is available for communication and the LifeLoop app keeps me posted of all activities. They are always looking for the best solution for the next need that arises. Thanks to the staff for what they do!

Pinehaven Christian Home may initially appear to be an ideal choice, with its welcoming and attractive exterior. However, beneath this appealing facade lies a troubling reality. With a revolving roster of staff—often numbering twenty or more caregivers per resident—continuity of care is disrupted, and essential tasks are frequently overlooked. This inconsistency can lead to critical oversights, such as missed meals and unattended needs, which can undermine an elderly resident's well-being. The excessive rotation and thinly spread staff compromise the quality of care, creating a precarious environment for those who require attentive and dependable support.

My stepfather was a resident the past 8 months and received very good care at Pine Haven. Communication was good at all times as they kept the family informed of his changes in health. Reaction time to new needs was solid. The staff is very experienced and works well as a team often sharing each others responsibilities. The facility was clean and room size was good. The staff also teamed up well with Sharon Richardson while he was in hospice and nearing the end of his life. While not always an easy patient, experience by the staff shined through.
