Haven Homes Assisted Living

If I could give 10 stars I would! I am so thankful for Haven Homes and the wonderful care they provide. From the nursing staff, social work, to the activities, to janitorial/housekeeping and management I am highly impressed with the staff. I have had 2 family members here and would not have other family go anywhere else. My grandfather is always well cared for… I go many times a week and he is clean,comfortable and happy.

Our family will be forever grateful to Haven Homes of Maple Plain. My dad was only there for three nights, but in that short time every single person we encountered made a lasting impact on us. The nurses, nursing assistants, and every staff member treated my dad with such genuine kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect. Thank you to Carson, Molly and Adriana as they gave my dad Wonderful care! They didn’t just care for his medical needs they cared for him as a person, and they cared for our family during one of the hardest times of our lives. Every interaction was filled with patience, warmth, and professionalism. We always felt that my dad was comfortable, and truly loved. It takes very special people to do what they do, and we will never forget the incredible care they gave him. Thank you to everyone at Haven Homes of Maple Plain for your compassion, your generosity, and for making such a difficult time a little easier. You are truly angels, and we will always be grateful.

Some caregivers were fantastic some were not. The menus are ridiculous. Whomever is in charge of that should be gone. These are elderly people. Some can't chew their food. A lot of them need help to eat. I made plenty of suggestions for my dear friend that his chicken and pork should be ground so he could eat it. That was not taken into consideration. My concern for him was ignored. I understand this facility is well maintained outside..... it's the people inside that matter most. Add more staff! Haven Homes gets $5,000 plus a room for care!. Lower the wages for the people in charge. They are not concerned about the people paying their wages. I'm disappointed in this facility 😕

We have had excellent care for my mom. She is in assisted living and staff has been kind and nurturing. The food has been better here than the other 3 communities that I have experienced. The price seems to be inline with the others in the area.
