Haven Memory Care Facility, The

I recently moved my step-mother from Haven Memory Care center to an assisted living facility in AL. I live in Chicago and she has no family members in AL. Without the care and compassion she received from the staff at Haven, she would have never been able to progress enough to move into assisted living. The staff kept me and my family updated with her progress and they were always there to address our questions and concerns. We were very lucky to find Haven Memory Care center, since we aren't familiar with the area we had to rely on recommendations. Haven came highly recommended and proved to live up to all of the recommendations. I can't say enough good things about the Haven, such a blessing to know that your loved ones are being cared for at this level. Thank You - Haven Memory Care Team!!!!

The Haven is an amazing memory care facility. The staff are so caring and compassionate. The activities and outings are wonderful and keep the residents engaged. You will not find a cleaner facility in our area. My mother in law was very resistant to leaving her home and they made the transition smoothly for her. She is so much happier since moving in. If you need placement for a family member, go tour The Haven.

My mom has been at The Haven for a couple of years now and the care she receives has been so good compared to other facilities she has been. The dedication to encouraging activities and the level of care and caring from the people who work there is the best I’ve seen!! Thank you for taking such good care of my mother!

We are so thrilled to have my parents living at the Haven. We have every confidence that my parents are receiving top-of-the-line care by friendly and loving people who genuinely care about our whole family. The staff at The Haven is world class. From housekeeping to administration, the nurses and everybody in between - everyone has been so wonderful giving a personal touch to make my parents feel welcome, cared for and loved.
