I just moved here to The Haven of Show Low from The Haven of Sedona I'm giving this place a five-star rating based on how they've made me feel welcome and accepted along with the other patients here a big shout out to head nurse Cinda, nurse James, business manager Pam. And all the rest of the staff for making me feel welcome a few drawbacks in the rooms are kind of small. The place is clean daily and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food is actually served hot and nice and delicious they also feature native American dishes such as native tacos and other such things due to the high frequency of having a native American residence I like it here and hope I can make this my new home.

Every time I visit my loved ones everyone is so quick to help with my every need. I can truly see how well they work as a team filling in and helping when ever needed. Best customer service around! Always have a smile on their face and eager to help wherever necessary. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering a skilled nursing facility.

I've been inside both Haven Health's of Showlow and Lakeside. I love the atmosphere when I walk in. The staff and directors are fantastic, lovely people, "They really know how to find them!" Individuals are well loved at Haven Health and it shows! I would recommend Haven Health to anyone who is looking for a Care Facility in the area!

Our family had a disappointing experience at this facility. Our loved one was admitted on 9/5/25 with a small healing wound about the size of a quarter. By the time she was discharged on 10/10/25, the wound had spread across most of her buttocks. Call light response was slow. Basic hygiene and showers were inconsistent. Staffing levels were low, and the wound care she received was poor. Some staff were kind, but it was clear the wound nurse was untrained and unable to manage her care. Nurses often seemed overwhelmed or dismissive. Leadership was not supportive. The administrator was usually locked in his office and rarely available. The DON was kind, but she also appeared overwhelmed and unable to address ongoing issues. The building has new flooring, but the entire facility still smells of urine. Processes felt disorganized, and there did not seem to be enough staff to safely care for the number of residents. The final decision was made when the facility transferred my loved one to another building hours away rather than managing the wound appropriately. She has lived in this community for years, and this decision removed her from nearby family support. I do not work in healthcare, but I am educated and pay attention. What we saw here was not acceptable. Anyone considering this facility should read reviews carefully. There has been a sudden wave of new five star reviews posted within days of each other, many of which appear to be written by employees. That creates a conflict of interest and does not reflect the experience our family had. Look for detailed, legitimate reviews from actual families before making a decision.

Show Low Haven Health brings a good aura. From my own perspective when I visited family members. They treated my family with kindness and respect. Giving my family the care and needs that they needed. And a shout out to the maintenance crew for staying on track, top of the line keeping that building up to date. As hard as it gets, they deserve the shout out and respect. Everyday they work hard to keep the building and residents safe.
