HAVENS AT PRINCETON

Happy 25th Anniversary to Tonya, Lisa, and the entire staff of The Havens. My mother has lived at The Havens 5 years this month. Your skilled, competent, and compassionate care have extended my mother’s years and added priceless quality to her days. Deep gratitude for all that you do for your residents: You love them like family.

Havens in Princeton, West Virginia is a lovely facility, exceptionally well maintained. We were impressed with the staff, their friendliness, dedication to their career and their affection for the residents, especially my sister-in-law. Keep up the good work. We had a great visit.

Can’t say enough good things about The Havens!! Our mother was a resident there for over 4 years. She formed a whole new extended family that loved and cared for her and she loved them!! Exceptional staff and a warm, welcoming facility!

I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. Lisa, Tonya, Elizabeth and the care team are second to none. I knew that my mom was well cared for while she was there. My mom loved living there and made some amazing friends. She loved the activities provided and spending time on the back porch rocking chairs. I recently moved my mom into an assisted living closer to me, but if I could have picked up The Havens and moved them closer to me, I would have! I would recommend the Havens to anyone and everyone.

I chose the Havens at Princeton for my ailing father. We chose a studio apartment for it's open space and large windows.The staff was exceptionally nice and easily accommodated my father. He enjoyed interacting with all of his care team members. The transportation service for a nominal fee was a bonus! My only criticism is that I felt his meals should have been more "Cheffed-Up" and the cable television service could have been improved.
